“Eyes on Victoria” International Design Competition held on 2011.
The core concept of the symbol is a dolphin splashing through the sea. It also contains 3 main elements of our Victory Harbour: SKY & RIDGE, SKYSCRAPER & LIGHTING and HARBOUR & SHORE. We put those elements into the body of dolphin(Sousa chinensis) which are the most symbolic icon of the wish for our ocean.
